For those that don't remember, Wendi Wright the woman who chased down Representative David Kustoff (r-TN) because she was so upset that he voted in support of TrumpCare. Police were able to track her down because she left a Facebook post up detailing what she had done.
I promised an update on her and here it is.
**I've already made a note to myself to follow up on June 2nd**

Eventually these lawmakers will learn to stop playing with the American people that they're supposed to be representing.
Wendi Wright (35) chased down the car Representative David Kustoff (R-TN) and his aide Marianne Dunavant were in following his town hall event Monday @ the University of Tenneessee because she was so pissed off that he voted in support of TrumpCare. In an effort to end the pursuit, Kustoff and his passengers made a detour to go to the home of a person they knew instead of going to their intended destination. Wright then got out of her car, approached their their vehicle, hitting the windows, screaming @ the people inside, and attempting to reach inside the vehicle. She also blocked the vehicle from leaving. The occupants of the vehicle that she was attacking called 911 and Wright left the scene before officers arrived. Sidenote: I was rooting for her, I was on her team, until I found out how she got caught! The police tracked her down because she put up a detailed Facebook post about the incident. **closes laptop** I'm done! I'm positive she would've gotten caught 1 way or another, but ma'am you told on yourself! SMH!! She was arrested and released on $1,000 bond. She's been charged with felony reckless endangerment and will be arraigned on Monday. **I already made a note to follow up on what happens! Rep. Kustoff publically made his support known, after posting this on his website, "I voted for the American Health Care Act because our current health care system is failing Tennesseans. We promised the American people we would repeal and replace Obamacare, and today, the House voted to keep our word and provide relief." Quick note: I don't support how she decided to express herself, however I do understand being so infuriated and pissed off that you black out and just act on impulse. Can't lie, when I 1st heard about this incident, I did think it was kinda funny cause these lawmakers bring this type of foolishness upon themselves. They have to stop playing with the American people because you never know what another person is capable of and when you threaten to take away something so important to everybody, it strikes a nerves many people didn't even know they had, and they react in ways they normally wouldn't. Welcome to Chapter 15 in Tough Crowd! Today's subject is Rep. Tom MacArthur (R-NJ). **The footage of the town hall is broken up into 2 parts because it was so long @ the bottom of the post** Let me start this post by stating an important fact, this is the man who introduced the MacArthur amendment to the bill, aka the amendment that would do away with making sure everybody is fairly charged for health insurance. Yes, this post is about the jackass that introduced the change that helped the House pass the bill. On Wednesday, he held his town hall infront of hundreds of mostly Democrats (he should've known better and known what to expect) and the town hall went on to last for FIVE HOURS! He claims he purposefully made the decision to come to the prodominently Democratic portion of his district because he "owed it to the people" **Sir, you could've just went ahead and gone to the other side cause there's nothing in this world that you of all people could ever say to sway these people into believing this revised bill with YOUR amendment in it is a good thing! During the town hall, he said this which I found very interesting, "I hear people calling their congressman an idiot. I wonder, really wonder, how any one of you would perform in Congress." **Well since you asked, let me say I have no intention to ever be apart of Congress, but I am a person who's not greatly influenced by the actions and words of others, unlike yourself. I'm beyond positive that if anybody in that room ran against you they would win because they live a "normal" American life every single day, unlike yourself. They're more aware of how the decisions of those "in charge" impact the "regular" people's everyday lives. I have the utmost confidence that one of those people that you're questioning is going to take your seat in your upcoming election. He also said, he's "watching an insurance market that is collapsing." Of course this lead to boos and intense reactions from the crowd. Somebody in the crowd even shouted out, "Because you drilled holes in it!" **CLAPS FOR THIS PERSON! It's being destroyed and is collapsing because instead of making it better, you're making it worse! Again, Obamacare has been working for millions of Americans, they may not have appreciated what they had until this group of entitled white men came forward and showed them that they were serious about taking it away, but it's working, and instead of taking it away, it needs to be improved upon, you IDIOT. He was also questioned about how the bill will affect Medicaid, and he replied, "This isn't tax cuts for the rich. This is tax cuts for everybody." *We all know this is an outright lie because dozens of experts have already come out to say that because of this bill taxes would be raised for low income families. Outside the venue, dozen of protesters laid on the ground with tombstones during a "die-in." **People keep getting more and more creative with each town hall! Kudos to coming up with different and unique ways to getting your points across! Fun fact: MacArthur is 1 of only 2 Republicans in New Jersey that voted for this pile of garbage. Welcome to Chapter 14 in Tough Crowd! Today's subject is Representative Dave Brat (R-VA). **Footage of the town hall has been provided @ the end of the post** Sidenote: Anybody and everybody that knows me, knows I'm proud to be from Virginia, but myself and those around me, do not claim this man! On Tuesday, Brat held his town hall, which I'm very disappointed that I missed, even though I don't support him or anything that he does, I would've loved to have been among the people. And per usual, his town hall, went the same way as the others. He was booed from the very start to the end. The only time booing ceased was @ the beginning during the Pledge of Allegiance. The hot topic of the evening of course was Trumpcare, a measure that he supported. He took questions from the audience regarding Trumpcare, when he would answer, if it was something that the crowd didn't like or agreed with, the crowd would drown out his answers and/or cut him off. Seemingly having had enough, Brat told the crowd, "Everybody asks for town halls so we can have civil discourse, and so that's what we're trying to do. I'm trying to listen to the people right now on the key issues of our day." Here's the thing, these lawmakers don't seem to understand that these town halls are meant to be civil. They're meant to a place where constituents can get what they need to say off their chests and let the people that are voting to screw up their lives have it! That's the point of these, they're not going to ever be civil and polite as long as these lawmakers keep ignoring the needs of the people and vote just to gain the praises of the idiot in the White House! Welcome to Chapter 13 in Tough Crowd! Today's subject is Representative Rod Blum (R-IA). **Per usual, video of the town hall has been provided @ the end of the post** Blum decided to be 1 of the brave Republican representatives to hold a town hall and answer to his constituents he voted to screw over on healthcare. He already knew what was going to greet him prior to his Tuesday town hall and decided the best course of action would be to check the IDs of people who decided to attend, and only allow those who lived in his district to attend. **That's going to go really well for your overall ratings and how people perceive you!** Prior to the town hall, he stormed out of a TV interview where he was questioned about why he chose to turn away those who don't live in his district. He claims he was "ambushed" by reporters who kept asking him why he made the decision he made. Important thing to note, this interview happened while he was surrounded by kids, so you're teaching these kids that if they don't like what somebody asks them that can just quit instead of owning their actions. "I'm done...this is ridiculous, I mean, he's (the reporter) going to sit here and just badger me...unbelievable." he said after only being interviewed for 2 minutes. **The fact that you agreed to a bill that would take away healthcare for millions is what's really unbelievable. Shut up, sit down, and take the heat that you're getting because just like Trump you bring it upon yourself! In a separate interview before the town hall, he said this load of bs, "This bill is a tweak of Obamacare. It's not repeal and replace. It's not even close." **WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?? Obamacare is working for millions of people in this country, no it's not perfect, President Obama even admitted that, but if this was a tweak, it would continue doing good for people, not the opposite! See what happens when people don't appreciate what they have and continuously elect the wrong people, the things that benefit your life will eventually get taken away because instead of asking how these lawmakers feel about issues, people vote to spite others and I can not feel sorry for people who are going to suffer, but continuously vote that way over and over. During his town hall, which was held in the gym of Dubuque Senior High School, he told the packed crowd of about 1,000 people, that the bill was passed by the House because it "takes care of the same people" as Obamacare. You already know the crowd wasn't trying to receive that bs explanation, so they showered him with boos. In an attempt to get people back on his side, he told the crowd that the bill was not law just yet as if that was supposed to make them feel more secured that they'll still be insured. After his town hall, he admitted to ABC News that he thought the bill was rushed, but he still maintained that it would be better for the people that he "represents" than Obamacare. **The delusions of these lawmakers is UNBELIEVABLE! I'm willing to bet he's 1 of the many who didn't actually read the bill. Welcome to Chapter 12 in Tough Crowd! Today's subject is Representative Raul Labrador (R-ID). On Friday, he held his town hall event @Lew-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, where he said the most disgusting thing I've heard thus far about TrumpCare and the possibly of what could happen should it pass. A woman confronted him for voting to pass TrumpCare and expressed her fear that without Medicaid people would die. Here is this jackasses response, "That line is so indefensible. Nobody dies because they don't have access to healthcare." Needless to say, he received endless well deserved boos. **Video of the moment has been provided below.** Here's the thing, in his world, where people are wealthy and have access to health insurance regardless of what bills pass, so in his delusional world, it's true, nobody dies. However, in the real world where the rest of us live, people do die without adequate coverage. And due to the bs that's in this bill it's a very real consequence that'll come from this bill. But it's impossible to know what might happen if you haven't even read the bill in its entirety. The fact that he and his colleagues are attempting to defend something that they haven't even read is beyond me. Also, let's never forget this is the same man who said last month that he doesn't believe healthcare is a basic human right, so we can't be but so surprised with the bs that comes out of his mouth. I've said this before and I'll say it again, these are my favorite posts to do, and after the passage of TrumpCare through the House, these posts have extra special meaning.
Welcome to Tough Crowd Chapter 11. Today's subject is Representative Tom Reed (R-NY). **Sidenote: if and when I find a good video from the town halls, I'll come back and post them on here! Reed is 1 of the 1st Republicans willing to brave facing his constituents after signing a bill that will take their healthcare away. There was such a demand for constituents to have their voices heard that 3 town halls were held in the towns of Busti, Dunkirk, and Hinsdale. Protesters held up signs that read, "Why do you want to kill my daughter? "GOP Disaster" 'This is not a victory lap. This is a walk of shame." "Fire Reed" "So long farewell Tom Reed," and "No conscience no heart." The crowds per usual jeered, booed, and chanted, "Shame!" and "Vote him out!" Reed released a statement Thursday after the passage of the bill through the House that described the passage "a great victory" that will provide property tax relief for New Yorkers "who are unfairly forced to foot the bill for Medicaid." **See, this is how out of touch these jackasses are, it's not about property tax relief, it's about people being able to be seen and treated when they have a medical emergency. I don't think any person in this country unless you're part of the mega rich that's going to benefit from these tax cuts, has a problem with contributing to Medicaid. He also said, "today is a great victory for the American people. We are finally on the path to fixing our broke and broken health care system." **I'm still waiting for these delusional Republican lawmakers to show us where exactly ObamaCare is failing. People were covered, that's a success all in itself! You're "fixing" something that's not even good enough for you and your colleagues to use. Moving on to Tough Crowd Chapter 10, today's subject is Senator Dean Heller (R-NV).
I'm unable to find a complete video of his town hall..booo, but if you would like to see clips of it, you can go to Eric Bradner's Twitter page and he has clips there for your viewing pleasure! Senator Heller held a 2 hour town hall @ a local convention center, complete with 600 people and hundreds more outside, needless to say it was not a pleasant experience for him, and that brings me joy. Planned Parenthood. TrumpCare/Obamacare, climate change, Trump's trips to Mar-a-Lago, etc were hot topics @ the town hall. Apparently, he knew what he was in for because he brought back up with him. He brought Representative Mark Amodei (R-NV) with him and had him take on the questions about healthcare, Mar-a-Lago, and more while Senator Heller sat/stood there on mute. Throughout the town hall, the crowd shouted "answer the question!" and "yes or no!" because they felt like he was tip toeing around their questions. When questioned about Planned Parenthood, he replied with, "I will protect Planned Parenthood." **rolls eyes** I don't believe him and I think he's only saying what he thinks people want to hear, so that they would stop dragging him for filth. Moving on...he also said that he supports leaving decisions about whether to allow Planned Parenthood to receive tax dollars to the states. I suppose in an effort to extend an olive branch and let his constituents know that he's there for them **rolls eyes** he offered his office number to the crowd and told them to call him. The crowd quickly let him know that they have been reaching out, but his voicemail has been full for weeks. Well, then! He made his constituents aware that he doesn't agree with Trump and other members of his party when it comes to Trump's budget proposal. He reassured the crowd that the domestic spending cuts Trump is proposing won't end up in Congress's spending bill and that the budget they're proposing "will look nothing like the President's budget." Also, when he found his voice again, he tried to convince the crowd that he's "not a climate denier," but the good folks in the crowd called him on his bullshit and called him out for confirming Scott Pruitt as administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. Mind you Scott Pruitt, doesn't really believe in climate change and science. In response to the crowds booing, he said, "When Scott Pruitt is right, I'll support him. When he isn't right, I'll change his mind." Oh, so you're God now? If a person is stuck in their ways like these people who were appointed to his team, there's nothing you can do to change their minds! The highlight of the town hall was Vivian Leal. She questioned him whether he'll oppose any legislation that'll do away with Obamacare's protections for those with preexisting conditions and throw them into high risk insurance pools. She gave him the BUSINESS and wasn't putting up with any of his bs! "You give fuzzy answers," she told him as he duck and dodged answering her question. "They ask you direct questions and you evade them by saying, 'we can have a dialogue,' 'we can talk about that,' 'we can take a look into that.' Those are not answers. They don't tell us where you stand or how you'll vote or not vote." **STANDS AND CLAPS** You better read him for filth! When Heller attempted to convince the crowd that he rejected TrumpCare, Leal got him again! "Yes or no? High risk pools, that's my question. Don't give me a fuzzy answer. High risk pools, that's my question. Please answer it." The crowd backed her up by chanting loudly "yes or no!" @ Heller. His response, "I will support high risk pools, because there are some people who want them." He also said he wants to make sure everyone has "access to the healthcare that you want. **looks around, who sir? Sure, they'll have access to it, but they won't be able to purchase it cause they can't afford it you idiot!** Of course, the crowd booed him to death and he deserved it! Welcome to Tough Crowd Chapter 9, today's subject is Senator Tom Cotton. **Full video of the town hall is provided for your viewing pleasure below** I don't understand why these lawmakers haven't realized that blindly following Trump isn't the business. **sighs and shakes head** Something important you should know about Cotton before we continue, he's 1 of Trump's main ass kissers. Ok, let's begin... Sen. Cotton (R-AK) held his town hall yesterday in Little Rock, Arkansas and the main topic of discussion was Trump's tax returns. Like always when we do these topics, would anybody like to guess how it went?? His constituents gave him hell because he defended Trump's blatant refusal to release his taxes. **laughs** Boy Trump has got these lawmakers brainwashed. A constituent @ the town hall stated the obvious of what us woke folks already know, his tax returns would show he has ties to overseas interests namely in Russia. Cotton's response that incited a sea of boos from the crowd, "As far as your points about his relationships overseas, I would just make two replies: Every federal officeholder, every candidate for office files a financial disclosure statement that shows your assets and your liabilities and second, it doesn't take a lot of effort to find out where Donald Trump has connections overseas. He normally puts his name on buildings where he has them." Pause: 1st, Regardless of if he's filed financial disclosures, he's still hiding his taxes, and all of us woke folks know that there's some detrimental stuff on there that he doesn't want us to see, point, blank, and the period! We know it and deep down you brainwashed mofos know it too, just don't wanna admit it cause you don't want Trump to come after you, scary behinds! Welcome to Tough Crowd Chapter 8, today's subject is Rep. Joe Barton (R-TX). Remember him? He's the same jackass that held a town hall awhile ago and told 1 of his constituents to "shut up." Rep. Barton held his townhall on April 13 and does anyone wanna guess how it went?? People arrived in droves for his town hall that took place in Mansfield, Texas and fire marshals were in place to restrict the number of people allowed inside the Mansfield City Hall Council Chambers. People that couldn't get inside were able to watch a live feed in the lobby of city hall on a monitor. Tickets were handed out and drawn @ random for people that wanted to ask questions. Barton was asked about whether Trump should release his taxes, to which he said, "I think the President (he called Trump that not me) should release his taxes." Sounds pretty good so far huh? People cheered when he said this actually. Well, he screwed up when he added this, "I'm not sure that's very relevant how he conducts himself as President." Those cheers that he'd just received, turned to boos. Umm, sir the hiding that he's hiding something absolutely ties into how he'll continue to conduct himself as "leader" of this country. Another thing about his town hall that struck me was when the topic of Obamacare and TrumpCare came up. A constituent by the name of Amber George told him about her struggle with Chrons Disease and how she was able to be insured under Obamacare. "This is my plea. Please keep us out of the high risk pools and please keep us insured," she told Barton. She also made it clear that she was "scared to death" about what's going to happen to her healthcare. His response, "The plan we're going to vote on continues coverage for preexisting conditions. We do create a high risk pool. We do let each state determine how best to handle that." Pause: clearly you all in Washington aren't on the same page cause before yall went on recess and TrumpCare 2.0 was being discussed preexisting conditions was 1 of the things on the chopping block, so you just lied to this woman that depends on her healthcare. You told this woman she would continue to be covered, but if your boss and his puppet get their way, she won't be. Another thing, after he provided his incorrect answer, somebody in the crowd yelled out, "At what cost?" in terms of this woman and others still being covered. All in all, this town hall was more tame than others that we've seen, I think my favorite part of this town hall was when a man was so over Barton's bs answer that he dropped the mic and walked out. |
